Agnes Fontaine
Director of Listings and Operations

Agnes is a Los Angeles native who has grown up in and around the real estate industry. She joined Jeremy Ives in 2009 as a real estate assistant and has since then advanced to a managing partner and operations manager overseeing the listing process, escrows and client relations. Agnes is a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of the University of Southern California. With over 15 years of experience working with top-producing agents spanning from Santa Monica/Venice to Beverly Hills and the Westside to the San Gabriel Valley, Agnes provides an unparalleled level of professionalism and the highest level of customer service. She has a solid work ethic, a strong commitment to clients and a mutual respect for all who work with her. Besides being a managing partner and real estate agent with the group, Agnes loves to travel and enjoys family time with her husband and their beloved Lab.

Renina Lifshitz
Team Marketing & Transactions Coordinator

Renina was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her degree in interior design from the Art Institute of California. As the team's transaction and marketing coordinator, Renina brings her design background and attention to detail into all aspects of the real estate process. She manages all of the back-office elements of a deal, from marketing materials, to coordination and transaction paperwork, making sure that even the most complex of escrows goes smoothly. When she isn't working, Renina enjoys going to the movies with her husband and spending time by the ocean.

Kimberley Krupp
Team Marketing & Transactions Coordinator

Kimberley has spent most of her life in Los Angeles and has worked in many different industries bringing her professional attitude with her wherever she goes. Kimberley’s drive to perfect the way businesses operate along with her incredible work ethic have helped propel her into success in the real estate world, as she embarks on this new chapter of her life. Her background in business administration and compliance is complemented by her organization skills, incredible attention to detail, and determination to make sure the job gets done, no matter what. Kimberley is able to pinpoint the exact steps needed, from start to finish, to make sure every deal runs smoothly and efficiently. Kimberley loves to stay in shape by boxing daily and enjoys staying home with her husband, enjoying a delicious home cooked meal.

Max Wasserman
Buyer's Associate

Max Wasserman was born in Los Angeles and raised in Beverlywood. He graduated from Touro College Los Angeles with a BS in Business Management and Administration. This background has provided Max with the ability to efficiently organize and manage all of his clients needs and expectations. Newly married, Max puts integrity, loyalty and honestly at the forefront of his character and how he conducts business. He will always do what’s best for his clients in any circumstance.
